Terms of Service

Lesson Format:

Lessons may be conducted in person or online, based on the Student's preference.

 

Lesson Duration and Frequency:

The scheduling of these lessons will be arranged at a mutually convenient time for both the Teacher and the Student.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of lessons must be communicated with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Lessons cancelled within 48 hours will incur charges or will be deducted from the hours purchased. In cases of exceptional circumstances, the Teacher may consider waiving this policy.

 

Notice for Cancellations or Schedule Changes:

The Student shall notify the Teacher of any cancellations or schedule changes at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Makeup Lessons:

The Teacher can reschedule a lesson with 48 hours notice. In the event that the lesson is cancelled by the Teacher within 24 hours, the Student shall receive a makeup lesson, which is an additional 30 minutes of lesson free of charge.

 

Expectations and Responsibilities:

The Student is responsible for attending lessons and actively participating in the lessons to improve their vocal abilities and enjoy the learning experience.

 

 

Behaviour and Conduct:

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour during the lessons.

 

Late Payments:

To be eligible for the bulk discount, the Student must pay for the entire package of lessons in advance.

 

Lesson Materials:

Should the Student wish to bring specific music for learning during the lesson, they must provide a copy for the Teacher or send an electrical copy via WhatsApp or email before the lesson.

 

Use of Personal Information:

The Student's personal information, shall not be shared with any third party without prior written or verbal consent of the Student

 

Recording Lessons:

The Student is allowed to record lessons for personal use and promotional purposes with the Teacher's approval. The Teacher may also record lessons for promotional purposes with the Student's consent.

Termination of Agreement:

Bulk singing lessons are non-refundable but do not expire. In the event that the Student wishes to transfer their remaining hours to another Student, written notice must be provided to the Teacher in advance.

 

By entering into this Agreement, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This Agreement becomes effective as of the date of the first lesson and remains in effect until terminated in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
